GPRM provides a free tool for generating Markdown files to be used on GitHub profiles.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• You own the copyright to the content you input and generate using this tool.
• The underlying code, design, and structure of the GPRM application itself are proprietary and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

The materials on GPRM's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. GPRM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, GPRM does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website, the generated markdown, or any third-party APIs utilized within the generated content.

In no event shall GPRM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GPRM's website, even if GPRM or a GPRM authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The Service generates code that embeds elements from third-party services (such as GitHub Readme Stats and Devicons). GPRM has not extensively reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents or continued uptime of any such linked site or service. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GPRM. Use of any such linked website or service is at the user's own risk.
